There is great pleasure in making good food slowly, if you have time.

When you repeat something over seventy times, things happen.

You have tried so many times that with every time you try it, the next one gets better.

The objective? To make good meatballs. Nothing more. Nothing less.

I spent about an hour doing it. It was great. And our main guests delighted in what I made.

Nice.

Again: what happens if you are mindful, in the smallest things?
